Prenatal Massage 

This session is an invitation to be fully seen, held, and supported as your body transforms through pregnancy. Through intuitive touch and deep presence, I create space for your body to soften, realign, and restore balance. 

Each prenatal session is thoughtfully tailored to your unique needs, meeting you and your baby exactly where you are. An array of supportive modalities may be woven in, depending on what your body and spirit are calling for in the moment. You’ll be comfortably positioned face down in our specialized pregnancy pillow or side-lying with full support, depending on what feels best for your body that day.

All tools your spirit desires are included within the session price, allowing you to simply receive, rest, and return home to yourself.
